Winter Solstice Family Celebration 

For thousands of years, societies around the world have celebrated the sun's re-birth as days once again grow longer. This December 21, for the first time in 800 years, Jupiter and Saturn will "kiss" to form the Christmas Star. Join us at this holiday festival for live music, stargazing with an astronomer, candle and wreath-making, campfire with treats and warm drinks, and a craft sale. Donations will be accepted toward a scholarship fund for students of Discovery Wilderness School.
