Welcome Nights are an opportunity for families to come meet the teachers and mentors for their class, see the classroom space, and get to know new friends from their Wilderness Class. 
 

Dates 

• Mon, Sep 9, 6:00pm - Monday Families

• Tue, Sep 10, 6:00pm - Saplings Preschool Families

• Wed, Sep 11, 6:00pm - Wednesday Families

• Thu, Sep 12, 6:00pm - Thursday Families

*If you are unable to attend the night of your regular class day, you may come another evening instead. Teachers/mentors may be different than those you'll have during the school year. 

 

Welcome Night Schedule

• 6:00pm - Park in the main parking lot and head down to the pavilion. Teachers and teen mentors will direct you where to go. 

• 6:00 - Ice Cream, popsicles, volleyball, gaga ball and playground play, pick up t-shirts

• 6:15 - Group Parent / Teacher Meeting 

• 6:45 - Break into classes with teachers and check out the Outdoor Classroom Spaces

• 7:45 - Walk back to parking lot, meet up with family that may have split into different classes
